Kyle Carnett

Kyle Carnett, ASA, MAAA, has extensive experience in actuarial science, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Actuarial - ACA Pricing at Blue Cross NC since October 2019. In this role, Kyle develops risk adjustment and risk score projections, predictive models for diagnosis coding, and oversees regulatory submissions. Previous positions include Actuarial Analyst at Nyhart, where Kyle performed GASB actuarial valuations and analyzed medical plan provisions, and Benefits Technician at Findley, handling pension benefits and 401(k) projections.
