Lilly Matthers

Lilly Matthers is an accomplished Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Blue Cross NC, with a robust background in machine learning and software engineering. Previous roles include Machine Learning Engineer at Vadum Inc., where Lilly led research and development efforts for innovative technologies for the Department of Defense, and at Metas Solutions, responsible for upgrading MLOps pipelines for the CDC. Earlier experience includes software engineering at Lufburrow Company, system engineering at General Dynamics Mission Systems, and co-founding Nullspace VR, a start-up focused on haptic feedback technology.
