Lucas vander Berg

Lucas Vander Berg serves as the Director of Government Pricing and Strategy at Blue Cross NC since April 2022, previously holding the role of Senior Manager in Actuarial Services at Milliman from June 2017 to March 2022. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Actuarial Manager, Actuary, Associate Actuary, and Actuarial Analyst at Milliman, and Bio-statistical Research Assistant at Dordt College, where skills in SPSS, R, and Excel were utilized for data analysis and research collaboration. Additional experience includes an actuarial internship at Northwestern Mutual, focusing on financial modeling and asset-liability management. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from Dordt University.
