Manny Baksh, PMP, CSM, currently serves as Portfolio Delivery Manager at Blue Cross NC since August 2021, overseeing matrix technical teams to deliver solutions for the Provider Information Management System (PIMS) and managing vendor relationships with organizations such as Fujitsu North America and McKesson.
