Raquel MacArthy

Raquel Macarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership, client services, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Principal Product Owner at Blue Cross NC since March 2020, Raquel has previously held multiple roles including Senior Product Owner and Product Developer. Prior to Blue Cross NC, Raquel worked at Replacements, Ltd. as a Senior Leader in Customer Experience and held various leadership positions in quality assurance and client services at Percepta and UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included managing external client relationships, overseeing performance metrics, and leading strategic initiatives. Raquel's career began at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where the individual advanced through roles including Vice President of Call Center Operations and contributed significantly to operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction initiatives. Raquel holds a degree from The Ohio State University.
