Rhonda Parker

Rhonda Parker has extensive experience in IT service delivery and management, primarily with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) since 1987. Currently serving as Senior IT Vendor Service Delivery Manager, Rhonda has played a pivotal role in incident and problem management, overseeing root cause analysis and the efficiency of incident management processes. Previous roles include Senior ITIL Incident/Problem Manager and Demand Manager, along with a solid foundation in data center operations, beginning as a Computer Operator and advancing to Lead Data Center Computer Operator. Rhonda holds a diploma from Eastern Alamance High School and has additional education from Alamance Community College.
