Tabor W. Miller, MPH, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in program management and quality improvement. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for FEP Healthcare at Blue Cross NC, Tabor is responsible for developing strategies related to quality and clinical operations, managing the annual healthcare program budget, and overseeing business operations for healthcare teams. Prior roles include Senior Strategic Advisor for Commercial at Blue Cross NC and Client Success Manager for Acute Care Analytics at Relias, where Tabor focused on enterprise-level client engagement and quality management programs.
