Tobin Shay

Tobin Shay has a strong background in infrastructure engineering and technical leadership roles. Tobin is currently working as the Director of Infrastructure Engineering at Blue Cross NC since March 2021. Prior to that, Tobin held various positions at Ralph Lauren Corporation, including Information Technology Technical Lead, from August 2008 to July 2017. Tobin also has experience as a Technical Team Lead/Sr Infrastructure Specialist/Sr Systems Administrator at EDS/Storage Networks Inc (@Cisco Systems) from May 2002 to August 2008.
