Tonya Perry

Tonya Perry, MBA, PMP, CLSSGB, CSM, is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in portfolio management, continuous improvement, and project delivery across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Team Leader in Portfolio Management and Senior Project/Program Manager at Blue Cross NC since May 2016, Tonya is responsible for overseeing post go-live defect resolution and program implementation. Tonya also operates as a Project Manager and Certified Productivity Management Consultant at TRP Consulting, LLC, where project plans and process improvements are managed. Previous roles include Website Manager at Connected Women of NC, Project and Product Manager at Frontier Communications, and Product and Project Manager at Verizon, where strategic marketing and project success were prioritized. Tonya holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
