Cerridwen Moser-Bertsche

Cerridwen Moser-Bertsche has extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as an Account Manager and previously as a Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Representative at BlueCross BlueShield of Vermont since June 2016. Prior to this role, Cerridwen was the Floor Manager at Old School Cool from September 2012 to June 2016. Cerridwen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Vermont University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from the Community College of Vermont, along with a tenure at Saint Michael's College.
