Shannon Smith is a Client Solutions Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont since February 2022. Prior to their current role, Shannon worked as a Sales and Travel Intern at Bus2alps from April 2016 to August 2016. Shannon holds a Masters in Sustainable Tourism Destinations and Regional Planning from Ostelea, Tourism Management School in 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Becker College in 2014.
