Alison Keilty Crissie has extensive experience in program development and communication within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Program Development at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since March 2013, Alison has also held roles as Manager and Senior Consultant in government program delivery, supporting the implementation of health insurance programs aligned with government regulations. Prior experience includes a position as a Technical Communication Consultant at Computech Corporation, where Alison contributed to the execution of healthcare programs. Earlier roles at Isabella on Armitage, LLC, and Ulta involved responsibilities in purchasing, copywriting, and customer service. Alison holds a Master's degree in Technical Communication from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University.
