Anthony Bafaloukos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information management and data analytics within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of FEP Information Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Anthony oversees the Digital Experience incentive platform, focusing on member incentive reporting and data governance initiatives. Previously, Anthony held key roles such as Principal Consultant and Product Owner at DXC Technology and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, contributing to successful digital member experience programs and providing leadership in data integration projects. Anthony's career began with a strong foundation in systems analysis and quality assurance, with early roles at Hewitt Associates and TESCO. An alumnus of Illinois State University, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management.
