Audrey Tan, PAHM, is a seasoned healthcare consultant with extensive experience in program development and provider relations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Program Development for Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since September 2021, Audrey previously held senior roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where responsibilities included Medicaid Operations and business consulting. Prior positions include Contract Manager at UnitedHealth Group and Account Executive at Presence Health, showcasing a strong focus on client engagement and issue resolution within healthcare networks. Audrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Services Management from DeVry University.
