Brenda Padgett

Brenda Padgett is an experienced professional with a strong background in business solutions and data integration. Since February 2010, Brenda has held multiple leadership roles at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, currently serving as the Managing Director of Business Solutions, where responsibilities include providing technical and consultative advice on mission-critical activities related to business, clinical, and economic data integration. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2010, Brenda was the Manager of Corporate Systems at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, overseeing a cross-functional team that managed the FEP Core Claims Adjudication system, which processed claims for over 4 million members. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Waynesburg University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
