David Yoder

David Yoder serves as the Senior Vice President of the Federal Employee Program for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) since January 2019, overseeing the activities of this national federation of independent BCBS companies. Previously, David held the titles of Vice President of Member Care and Benefits and Executive Director, responsible for managing benefits development, implementation, and overseeing FEP Blue Dental and Blue Vision. With a rich background in integrated care management at BCBSA and experience as Divisional Vice President at Bravo Health and VP of Pharmacy Services at MAMSI, David brings extensive expertise in healthcare management. David holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore.
