Deborah Tomczak-Bucke has extensive experience in systems analysis and project management, with a focus on financial applications and system enhancements. Deborah has worked in various roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, PeopleSoft, and Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Medical Center.
