Derek Chang

Derek Chang has extensive experience in system administration and production support, currently serving as a Production Support Analyst II at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association since July 2009, where responsibilities include leading as a PeopleSoft Administrator for PeopleSoft Financials 9.0 on PeopleTools 8. Prior to this role, Derek was a Senior System Administrator at Career Education Corporation from May 2001 to July 2009, focusing on implementing and managing large enterprise systems, including PeopleSoft FSCM 8.8sp1 and HCM 9. Derek holds a degree from Northern Illinois University, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
