Jamie Shoaf serves as the Director of Marketing & Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since November 2012, overseeing the development and execution of program operations for the health and wellness affinity program Blue365. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Program Marketing and Manager of Program & Group Marketing, where Jamie led marketing strategy and account management efforts. Earlier experience encompasses positions as a Senior Consultant in Consumer Experience and an Associate Consultant in Market Research & Competitive Intelligence. Prior to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Jamie provided compliance consulting at Compliance Implementation Services and held internships at the University of Richmond and Greenlight Biofuels. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Richmond and has studied abroad at Maastricht University.
