Julio Arevalo

Julio Arevalo is an experienced professional with a strong background in performance engineering and software development. Since September 2010, Julio has served as the Director of Performance Engineering at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where management of the Performance Engineering team involves supporting various BCBSA divisions with software capacity and continuous performance improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Julio spent a decade at IBM as a Technical Solutions Lead - Performance Engineer and has held positions as a Software Engineer at Xerox and Internet HQ.
