Kenneth Shuler

Kenneth Shuler is an experienced executive in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Executive Director at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since March 2021. Prior to this role, Kenneth held various leadership positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, including Divisional Vice President and Sr. Director from June 1993 to March 2021. Kenneth earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Business and Social Sciences, from The University of Texas at Dallas between 1990 and 1993.
