Kevin Risdal

Kevin Risdal currently serves as the Managing Director of the Field Service Program at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since January 2019. Previously, Kevin held the position of Director of Business to Consumer Strategy at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association from October 2016 to December 2018. Kevin's extensive experience at BCBSA spans from June 2004 to October 2016, during which various roles included Senior Program Manager for Business to Consumer Experience and Business Development and Benefits Administration. Earlier career experience includes serving as Manager of Enrollment Business at CareFirst BCBS from July 2002 to July 2004 and holding various operations and sales positions at Empire BlueCross BlueShield from June 1992 to June 2002. Kevin earned a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Oswego between 1987 and 1991.
