Nirav Shah

Nirav Shah has extensive experience in service delivery and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since February 2014. Prior to this role, Nirav held various managerial positions, including Test Manager at Northern Trust, Test Lead at HCSC - Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, and Associate Project Manager at IBM. Nirav also gained experience as iCoke QA Lead at The Coca-Cola Company and QA Lead at Patni Computer Systems Inc. Nirav holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Instrumentation & Control from a university attended from 1994 to 1998 and completed education at St. Xavier School in Ahmedabad, India from 1982 to 1994.
