Pragna Halder

Pragna Halder is an experienced professional in clinical operations and program management, currently serving as Director of Clinical Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since April 2018, overseeing HEDIS® analytics and leading contract and vendor management. Prior to this role, Pragna worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, focusing on program management for CMS and establishing client relationships, and at The Lewin Group as a Consultant, assisting the Department of Veterans Affairs and CMS in reducing improper payments. Previous experience includes working as a Healthcare Data Analyst at McKesson, a Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, a Program Analyst at the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, and various roles during internships and earlier positions in technical support and fundraising.
