Sean Mullin

Sean Mullin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sean currently holds the position of Managing Director, Strategy and Policy at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since February 2019. Prior to that, they founded Mullin Advisory in June 2018 and served as the Founder until January 2019. From January 2016 to May 2018, Sean worked as a Senior Director at Leavitt Partners, specializing in customer and market analyses, value proposition refinement, and market positioning strategies. Sean Mullin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers" from LinkedIn in September 2022.
