Sebastien de Groof

Sebastien De Groof is a skilled network engineer currently working at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving in the US Army for nearly a decade, where Sebastien held the role of Senior Network Engineer, managing network operations for a 5000-user military organization and overseeing IT infrastructure for 15000 users in Afghanistan as Deputy Director of the Network Operations and Security Center.
