Sharon Haft

Sharon Haft is a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry with extensive experience in customer satisfaction, provider relations, and health information technology. Currently serving as the Managing Director at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since January 2022, Sharon manages value-based programs, BlueCard modernization, and high-performance initiatives. Previously, Sharon held various leadership roles within the Blue Cross Blue Shield system from 1989 to 2013, including positions as Managing Director, Director of Customer Satisfaction, and Director of Customer Satisfaction and Performance. Earlier career experience includes serving as Associate Director of Provider Relations at Maxicare Illinois. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Consumer Services and Advocacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
