Tim McHugh

Tim Mchugh has extensive experience in information technology and management, particularly within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Executive Director IT Business Partner for FEP at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since September 2006, Mchugh has held various leadership positions including Executive Director IT for FEP and Managing Director roles in Information Management and the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Prior to this, Mchugh worked at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as a Senior Technical Staff Member and Manager of Financial Business Intelligence, and held key roles at other organizations such as VitalSpring Technologies and DynCorp International. Tim Mchugh earned a Master's degree in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and a B.B.A. in Health Care Administration Services from Marymount University.
