Amber Loe

Amber Loe has over 19 years of experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as a Digital Application Architect at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since September 2013. Throughout the tenure at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Amber has progressed through various roles including Technical Lead, Programmer III, Programmer II, and Systems Analyst II. Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield, Amber worked at Peoria Unified School District from July 2004 to August 2013, holding positions as Programmer II and Programmer I. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
