Elizabeth Carpio is an accomplished leader in healthcare management, currently serving as the Chief Solutions and Experience Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since March 2019. In this role, Elizabeth drives transformational initiatives for Prosano Health Solutions, focusing on improving quality of care and cost-efficiency across multiple clinics. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Director of Strategic Development at BCBSAZ, where strategic initiatives were executed in alignment with the company's growth goals. Elizabeth's extensive experience includes leadership roles at the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, overseeing large teams and budgets, and improving organizational systems and health services.
