Elizabeth Carrion

Elizabeth Carrion is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since September 2017. Previously, Elizabeth held the roles of Lead Staffing Specialist and Staffing Specialist within the same organization, contributing to BCBSAZ's mission of improving health outcomes for Arizonans. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Estrella Mountain Community College from August 2011 to March 2016. Elizabeth Carrion holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Arizona Global Campus, along with a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Ashford University, and an AAS & AGEC from Estrella Mountain Community College.
