Greg Wells

Greg Wells has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Greg worked as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, leading HR programs for 2,500 employees and promoting the organization's commitment to improving the quality of life for Arizona residents. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at WorldatWork and Vitalant, where they gained valuable experience in managing HR functions.

Greg Wells attended Sahuaro High School from 1981 to 1985. Greg then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources at the University of Arizona from 1985 to 1990.
