Joe Westbrook

Joe Westbrook, CISSP, CCSP, currently serves as a Senior IAM Engineer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since November 2017, having previously held the position of Systems Engineer III. Prior experience includes roles as a Systems Administrator at American Traffic Solutions from May 2013 to November 2017 and at Rider Levett Bucknall (North America) from January 2006 to May 2013. At Rider Levett Bucknall, an established global property and construction practice, Joe contributed to delivering innovative solutions in cost consultancy and project management. Joe began a career as a Systems Administrator at AirPhotoUSA from 2002 to 2006. Educationally, Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security from ITT, completed in 2005.
