Lori Turner has extensive experience in marketing, innovation, and leadership roles. Lori currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, where they lead strategic marketing efforts and builds high-performing teams. Prior to this, Lori was the Chief Marketing, Innovation and Experience Officer at Beacon Health System, where they transformed the business through digital technologies and advanced new business growth strategies. Lori also held the position of Vice President, Network Marketing & Strategic Communications at Kettering Health. Before joining Kettering Health, Lori was the President & Chief Executive Officer of Turner Effect, an integrated marketing and communications firm, where they led the company for over 18 years. Lori began their career as the Union Central Assistant Vice President of Marketing at UNIFI Companies.

Lori Turner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Mount St. Joseph University, which they obtained from 1981 to 1985. Lori later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business and Marketing from the University of Dayton, completing it from 1988 to 1994. In 2015 to 2016, Lori participated in the Certified Innovation Mentor Program (CIMP) at the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Experience Economy Expert from Strategic Horizons LLP.
