Pam Kehaly

Pam Kehaly is the President and CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. Pam has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including executive leadership roles at Anthem and Aetna.

Kehaly has been instrumental in developing innovative health plans that promote better outcomes and align financial incentives. Pam was a key leader in the launch of Vivity Health Plan, a joint venture between an insurer and seven hospital systems, and Patient Safety First (PSF), a collaborative with the National Health Foundation and California’s regional hospital associations.

Under Kehaly’s leadership, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona has continued to grow, serving more than 1 million Arizonans. Pam is committed to providing access to quality, affordable health care for all Arizonans.

Pam Kehaly holds a BA in Business from California State University, Stanislaus.
