Stephanie Ortiz

Stephanie Ortiz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the FEP Claims Manager and Manager of Benefits Administration at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since November 2022. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Business Architect at Medica and served in various roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, including Operations Manager FEP. During a tenure at UnitedHealth Group, Stephanie was involved in multiple capacities, such as Provider Data Consultant - Implementation Lead and Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst.
