Tara Cosentino

Tara Cosentino has extensive experience in health promotion and wellness management, currently serving as the Health Advancement Program Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since June 2013, with prior roles including Patient Centered Medical Home Program Coordinator and Health Promotion Executive. Tara's responsibilities encompass consultative services for diverse employer groups, strategic planning, and community outreach.
