Tara O'Donnal is a seasoned HRIS and payroll professional with over 20 years of experience in payroll management and analysis. Currently serving as a Benefits HRIS Analyst and previously as a Payroll HRIS Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since February 2021, Tara has demonstrated expertise in human resources information systems. Prior experience includes a progressive role at Timberland, a VF Company, from April 2000 to December 2019, where Tara held positions ranging from Payroll Coordinator to Payroll Supervisor and Travel Liaison. Tara O'Donnal holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University.
