Dean Tygart

Dean Tygart has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at BlueCross BlueShield of Michigan since November 2008. In this role, Dean provides internal HR consultation to senior leadership on various issues including recruiting, compensation, leadership development, and performance management. Prior to this position, Dean was a Regional HR Manager at HCR ManorCare from 2005 to November 2008, advising on HR-related matters across nine health care centers, and also served as an HR Manager overseeing a department of approximately 220 employees. Dean holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University, obtained from 2003 to 2005.
