Grace Mohr

Grace Mohr serves as the Director of IT Infrastructure Services Strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, a position held since September 2006, where leadership encompasses customer relationship management, strategic consulting, project portfolio delivery, and operations. Experience includes the implementation of large-scale projects modernizing contact centers through advanced technologies and oversight of a substantial IT budget, all while managing teams of over 40 professionals. Prior roles at Blue Care Network of Michigan included Portfolio Manager for Operations, leading a team of Project Managers, and Project Manager overseeing initiatives related to contact center and operational enhancements. Grace Mohr holds a BSMSE in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago.
