Hannah Novick

Hannah Novick is an experienced IT professional who has worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since April 2016. In their role as IT Delivery Manager II, Hannah leads a team responsible for resolving defects in the cloud environment. Hannah collaborates with business stakeholders to prioritize solutions, manages ticket severities, reports metrics to the VP, and identifies process improvements. Hannah also works with project teams to reduce future defects and mentors new hires. Prior to their current role, Hannah worked at HP for over twenty years as a Business Intelligence Consultant. Hannah holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Walsh College, as well as certificates in predictive analytics, cloud technology, and healthcare informatics.
