Kelly Carr

Kelly Carr has extensive experience in management and analysis, particularly within the healthcare industry at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where Kelly has served as Manager of Curriculum, eLearning, Quality Reporting, and Data Analytics since September 2016. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan from 1998 to 2016, including Advanced Business Systems Analyst and Manager of the Workforce Management Team. Kelly's career began at Marshall Field's, where Kelly progressed through multiple roles, ultimately serving as General Manager. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Michigan State University, earned between 1986 and 1989.
