Prior to this role, Osborne held various positions including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Product Planner, and Technology Consultant at Compuware Corporation from January 1995 to November 2004. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
