Rebecca Erfurt

Rebecca Erfurt has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since July 2009. Throughout various roles, including Senior Director of Health Plan Business Strategy and Director of Corporate Strategy, Rebecca has focused on corporate and business unit strategy development, corporate performance management, and strategic communications. Prior to their tenure at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Rebecca was a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where the primary focus was healthcare consulting with an emphasis on strategic planning for healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies. Rebecca holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Michigan and a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Virginia Tech.
