Jessica Viarreal Lmsw

Jessica Viarreal, LMSW, currently serves as a Behavioral Health Care Management Specialist at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of New Mexico since November 2022. Previously, Jessica worked as a Social Worker with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from December 2021 to October 2022 and held the position of Medical Social Worker at Heritage Home Healthcare & Hospice between May 2014 and March 2016. Additional experience includes roles as a Care Coordinator at Molina Healthcare, a Program Therapist at TeamBuilders Counseling Services, and an Automation Clerk in Environmental Engineering with the U.S. Forest Service. Jessica holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Clinical/Medical Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from The University of New Mexico.
