Alan Milligan

Alan Milligan is an experienced professional in law enforcement and fraud investigation. Currently serving as a Fraud Investigator at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since November 2019, Alan previously held various ranks at the Cumberland Police Department, culminating in the position of Captain of Administration from September 1997 to November 2019, where responsibilities included accreditation, policy implementation, training, and grants management. Alan holds a Master of Science in Administration of Justice from Roger Williams University, a Paramedic degree from Safety Program Consultants, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Rhode Island College.
