Anastasia Bergmann Sphr

Anastasia Bergmann, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Most recently, they held the position of Chief People Officer at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, starting in 2022.

Prior to that, Anastasia served as the Vice President of People and Culture at Point32Health from 2021 to 2021. In this role, they led the development of integration project plans for all HR functions, resulting in successful culture integration and strong collaboration between the companies.

Anastasia also pursued studies in Marketing at Ulyanovsk Open Business School and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Ulyanovsk State Technical University. Additionally, Anastasia has obtained several certifications including "The Art of M&A for HR Leaders" from the M&A Leadership Council in September 2019.
