Brian Casilli

Brian Casilli has a diverse work experience that includes roles in law enforcement, casino security, and insurance fraud prevention. Brian served as the Director of the Special Investigations Unit at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where they were responsible for tackling medical and pharmacy fraud. Prior to that, they worked as a Security Manager at Twin River Casino, managing various administrative duties.
