Caroline Murphy

Caroline Murphy is an accomplished communications and customer experience specialist with extensive experience at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since May 2018. In this role, Caroline improved data collection methods and designed 40 customer surveys annually to enhance stakeholder engagement and ensure KPIs are met. Previously, Caroline served as a marketing intern where responsibilities included coordinating photo and video shoots for enrollment campaigns and preparing data analytics summaries. Early in career, Caroline managed inventory and staff at Brickleys Ice Cream and coached basketball at Hoops By the Sea. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Providence College, completed in 2021.
