John Auger

John Auger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. John began their career at RBS Citizens Group in 2002, where they served as the VP and Online Services Group Manager, responsible for overseeing a customer support team and managing customer transitions during merger and acquisition events. In 2005, they joined Citizens Financial Group as a Six Sigma Black Belt, employing DMAIC methodology to identify efficiency opportunities and lead cross-department teams in process improvements. John returned to RBS Citizens Group in 2006 as the VP and Director of Online Banking, developing and delivering online banking strategies to drive acquisition and retention benefits. In 2009, they were promoted to SVP of Online and Mobile Banking & Internet Payments, where they focused on meeting customer expectations and enhancing customer interactions in the mobile and internet payment channels. John then transitioned to Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island in 2013 as the Director of Channel Management, responsible for identifying and implementing changes to digital transactional channels to align with corporate objectives. Throughout their career, John has consistently prioritized customer experience and worked towards enhancing service and sales capabilities in various roles.

John Auger attended Johnson & Wales University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business. Additionally, in April 2023, they obtained a certification as a FinOps Certified Practitioner from the FinOps Foundation.
